Our Promise
Your skin’s happiness is our top priority. If a Blush Boss™ item doesn’t live up to your expectations, we’ll make it right with a simple, no‑stress return or exchange—as long as your request follows the guidelines below.

Return Window
You have thirty (30) days from the date your package is marked “Delivered” to start a return. Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for an extended forty‑five‑day window to cover holiday gifting.

What Can Be Returned
Most skincare and body‑care products—such as our Whipped Tallow, Snail Mucin Essence, Foaming Oil Cleanser, Riche Crème, Eye Serum, and Natural Deodorants—are eligible as long as the safety seal is still intact and the container is unopened. Apparel and merchandise, including T‑shirts, totes, and mugs, must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Gift sets or bundles must be returned in full; we cannot accept individual items from a set.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened skin‑contact products. “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” and complimentary Boss Bundle gifts are also excluded, as are digital downloads, e‑books, and gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@blushbossbeauty.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. After we verify the problem, we’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund—including original shipping—within three business days.

How to Start a Return
First, email support@blushbossbeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address of our Beauty Boss fulfillment center. Pack the items securely, write the RMA on the label, and ship them using a trackable service of your choice. When we confirm the items meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll either refund the original payment method or send your exchange within five business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Return Shipping Costs
If you’re sending an item back because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or placed a duplicate order, you’ll cover return shipping. We pay for return shipping when the reason is our fault—such as damage in transit, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item sent. For apparel, we provide a prepaid label for the first size exchange within the United States.

Refund Timing
Once your return is approved, refunds to the original payment method typically appear within three to five business days, depending on your bank. Store credit or digital gift cards are issued immediately after approval.

International Orders
Original shipping charges and customs duties are non‑refundable. Please mark your package “Returned Goods” to avoid additional border fees when sending it back to us.
